Because we are performance based, we only take on a limited number of clients per quarter. 6 of 10 spots are filled this quarter. Once we're full, new applications go on a waitlist.
Not impressions. Not reach. Not engagement. The numbers below are what the accounts we manage are actually producing.

730 dead and cold contacts sitting untouched in their CRM. Phoenix worked the list and turned forgotten leads into $58,968 in closed revenue.
Full system built from zero. 43 leads in 60 days and $200,000 in closed jobs, on $2,624 of ad spend.
Went from a handful of walk-ins a day to a schedule too full for the owner to run treatments herself.
Came in skeptical, started at $0 up front, and closed a $25,000 job in the first week on $298 of ad spend.
Two months with nothing booked. We stayed on it, rebuilt the angle, and month three turned a $1.3k budget into $11,500.
Rock & Tait had 730 inactive contacts sitting in their CRM, a mix of cold leads and ones long written off as dead. Every one of them had raised a hand at some point, then gone quiet. Nobody had the hours to work a list that size by hand, so it sat there. As far as the business was concerned, that revenue was gone.
Audit the database. We pulled the full contact list and sorted it by how cold each lead was and what they had originally inquired about, so the outreach could speak to the right job rather than a generic check-in.
Train Phoenix on the business. Our AI follow-up agent was programmed on Rock & Tait's services, pricing and service area, so it could hold a real conversation and answer questions without handing off.
Work the list conversationally. Phoenix reached out to all 730 contacts and handled the replies as they came, at any hour, with no drop-off between the response and the next message.
Qualify before booking. Rather than pushing every reply toward an appointment, Phoenix qualified on project scope and timeline first, so the calendar filled with real opportunities instead of noise.
Book straight to the calendar. Qualified conversations went onto the calendar automatically, with confirmations and reminders handled by the system.
Phoenix revived 213 of the 730 contacts, a 29.2% reactivation rate, and converted those conversations into 29 booked appointments.
Four jobs were approved out of those appointments, a 13.8% close rate, producing $58,968 in revenue from a list the business had already given up on. No new ad spend was required to generate any of it.
Semling came in with nothing built. No landing page, no tracking, no pipeline, no follow-up. Month one was a full system build from zero, and the goal was not volume. On jobs this size, a few dozen of the right leads is worth more than hundreds of the wrong ones.
Build the whole system. Landing page designed and built, tracking installed, CRM pipeline configured and follow-up wired in before a dollar went to ads.
Design for high-ticket intent. The page was written and laid out for large projects, so the form filtered for scope rather than collecting every passing click.
Run broad plus retargeting. A broad campaign to find new demand, paired with a retargeting campaign to stay in front of anyone who engaged and did not convert on the first visit.
Qualify before the estimate. Follow-up handled the first conversation and confirmed project scope and timeline, so the estimates that got booked were worth the drive.
Hold the budget while proving the offer. Spend stayed tight through the first 60 days while we confirmed which angle produced the right kind of lead.
43 leads in 60 days and $200,000 in closed jobs, on $2,624 of ad spend.
That is roughly 76 times the ad spend returned in closed jobs in the first two months. With the system built and the winning angle identified, the account is ready to scale.
Rejuve Lounge was running on word of mouth and whoever happened to walk past the door. On a normal day that meant one to three clients. Slow weeks were unpredictable, the calendar had holes in it, and there was no way to know where the next booking was coming from. Nothing was being tracked, so there was no way to tell which marketing was working and which was noise.
Audit and offer. We looked at services, pricing and margin per client, then led with the treatments that had both the strongest demand and enough room to be worth advertising.
Creative production. We filmed and edited ad creative in-house instead of using stock footage, so we could test new angles every month and keep cost per lead falling as the account matured.
Paid campaigns. Meta and Google campaigns targeted to the local service radius, optimized against booked appointments rather than clicks or impressions.
Instant follow-up. Every inbound lead got an answer within seconds, day or night. The AI agent was programmed on the studio’s services, pricing and hours, so it could qualify, answer real questions and book straight onto the calendar.
Database reactivation. The follow-up system also worked the existing client list, bringing back people who had come once and gone quiet.
Scale on what worked. Winning creative and audiences got more budget, losers were cut fast. Six months in, the account was still producing leads at roughly $5 each.
Over 1,000 leads in six months on $5,000 of total ad spend, at a 60% close rate.
The bottleneck moved from finding clients to serving them. The owner is now too booked to perform the treatments herself, which is a staffing problem rather than a marketing one.
KMJ had been pitched by agencies before and had every reason to be skeptical. They had heard the promises, seen the retainers, and had nothing to show for it. So they started on the performance-based plan with $0 up front. We carried the build cost, and our pay depended on whether the system actually produced. That removed the risk from their side and put it on ours, which was the only way the conversation was going to happen.
Build before billing. Landing page, tracking, CRM pipeline and follow-up agent were all built and live before KMJ paid anything.
Lead with the high-value work. Creative and copy led with full replacement rather than small repairs, so the leads coming in were sized to be worth sending a crew out to quote.
Tight geographic targeting. Campaigns were fenced to the towns the crew could actually reach, so no budget went to leads outside the service area.
Speed to lead. The follow-up agent answered every inquiry in seconds and pushed toward a booked estimate. In roofing the first company to respond usually wins the job, so response time was the priority.
Estimates on the calendar. Qualified leads went straight onto the calendar as estimate appointments, with confirmation and reminders handled automatically.
Week one: 22 qualified leads, 5 estimates booked, and one closed at $25,000 — on $298 of ad spend.
That is roughly 84 times the ad spend returned from a single job, in the first seven days, from a client who started with zero dollars committed up front.
This one did not work right away, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest. Lewis Exteriors spent around $600 across the first two months and booked zero jobs. On a traditional retainer that is usually where the relationship ends: the agency has already been paid and the client walks away with nothing. Because our pay was tied to results, we had every reason to keep working the problem instead of collecting and moving on.
Diagnose the miss. We went back through the data. The traffic was fine, the offer was not. Campaigns were too broad and were pulling in price shoppers for low-margin work.
Narrow to one service. We rebuilt everything around deck staining specifically — high ticket, clear visual before-and-after, and a service homeowners already know they need help with.
New creative. Fresh creative shot around finished decks, so the ad showed the outcome the homeowner was actually buying.
Rebuild the follow-up. The follow-up agent was retrained to qualify on project size and timeline before booking, which filtered out tire-kickers.
Scale carefully on a small budget. Rather than spending more, we kept the budget tight and only scaled what was closing. Total spend across all three months came to $1.3k.
Month three produced a run of high-ticket deck staining jobs and $11,500 in revenue, on $1.3k of total ad spend — an 8.21x return.
The account is still scaling on a deliberately small budget. The first two months are the point of this one: the model meant we absorbed the slow start instead of the client.
Advanced campaigns on Meta, Google and the rest of the social platforms your customers actually use. Targeted to the towns you serve and optimized around booked jobs, not clicks.
Every lead lands on a page built to convert, then drops directly into a sales funnel and CRM pipeline. Nothing sits in an inbox. Nothing gets lost between the ad and the appointment.
It answers in seconds, day or night, using your services, your pricing and your service area. It qualifies the lead and drives them toward booking. If you're on a roof or under a sink, you never have to pick up the phone.
While the system runs, we shoot and cut high-converting ad creative plus organic content that keeps your social presence strong. Fresh creative every month, so testing never stalls.
Businesses with real margin per sale, where performance-based marketing pays for itself.
Not on the list? Apply anyway. If your business runs on booked jobs and has margin to scale, this works.
Our pay comes out of the profit we generate, so we stay on the account until the numbers move. That is the only way we get paid.

Any figures shown on this page reflect outcomes from specific accounts we manage. They are examples, not projections, and they are not typical. Nothing here is a promise or guarantee that your business will reach the same numbers, or any particular number.
Results depend on factors outside our control, including your offer, pricing, margins, market, capacity to handle new work, speed in closing leads, and advertising budget. Performance-based pricing means our compensation is tied to results produced; it does not eliminate business risk, and it does not include third-party costs such as advertising spend paid directly to the platforms. Performance-based pricing eligibility, compensation and terms are determined on a client-by-client basis and defined in the client's service agreement.
When we say no upfront cost, we mean our qualifying performance-based services: AI follow-up and ad management. It does not extend to everything Virxl Marketing offers. Other work a client may want, such as website development, branding, PR, funnel setup or CRM buildout, can carry its own fees. Advertising spend and any third-party costs are the client's responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Which services qualify, and on what terms, is set per client in that client's service agreement.
